Consolidating Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4

Notably, GA4 has superseded UA. However, with Fyr, you now have the capability to visualize your historical UA data alongside your GA4 data on unified graphs. Instructions on how to merge these resources can be found below.

Merging UA and GA4 #

Navigate to your organization settings resources to merge UA with GA4. In the drop down menu you need to select which UA resource you would like to merge with the GA4 resource.
Once merged you can navigate to Website Analytics to see your analytics data in one unified graph.

Merging UA Goals with GA4 Conversions #

You can also connect one or more goals to contribute to the unified conversion tracking. Simply select the Google Universal Analytics goal you’d like to connect to a Google Analytics 4 conversion, and click merge.
Once merged, you can navigate to the conversions tab in Website Analytics to see your unified conversions.
